We run day trips to Kravica Waterfall. That's the whole business. No city sightseeing, no airport shuttles, no wedding vans — so we can be genuinely good at this one thing.
Kravica Waterfall Tour is operated by Moj Avanturistički Turizam d.o.o., a travel agency registered in Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina since 2009. We're not a marketplace, reseller, or OTA — every tour you book on this site is run by our own team, in our own vehicles, with our own driver-guides who live in Herzegovina.
The operator is Armel Sukovic, founder and long-time Mostar resident.
I've spent the last 15+ years founding and operating tourism and hospitality businesses across Bosnia & Herzegovina and the wider Balkans — transfers, destination management, accommodation, and culinary experiences. What started as a single idea in Mostar has grown into a portfolio of brands that cover most of what international travellers need when they visit the region. Kravica Waterfall Tour is the day-trip arm of that portfolio — focused tightly on the one excursion our Mostar-based guests ask about most often, run by drivers who live here and know the park staff by name.
If you're in Mostar and want to meet before booking: on half-day tour mornings I'm usually at Food House Mostar (Rade Bitange 12) around 09:30, before the 09:45 pickup. Grab a coffee and come say hi — we can walk through the day in person. Otherwise WhatsApp or email is the fastest way to reach me.
Tourism works best when the money stays local. Our drivers are on fair salaries (not tips alone). We buy vehicles and parts locally.

If your driver is late, the water looks wrong, or something else goes off-plan in a way that was on us, tell us — we'll make it right. You'll reach a real person in Mostar within 15 minutes, any day of the week. That's in our refund policy and it's in how we run the business.
