The terms we operate by. Final terms are confirmed in writing with every booking.

Cancellation & Refunds Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Full refunds for cancellations caused by us.
Weather & Force Majeure Tours run in most weather. If conditions make the site unsafe or inaccessible, we will offer a rebooking or refund.
No-Show & Late Arrival If you miss your pickup, the tour is forfeited. Please be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Child Seats & Family Bookings Child seats are available on request for Kravica Waterfall day tours. Please mention children's ages when booking so we can prepare the right seat.
Payments & Deposits Pay by cash on the day, or by secure payment link we send after booking. No deposit required for bookings made 48+ hours in advance.
